Thrive Power Yoga believes in maintaining a high level of practice and instruction. We have partnered with Danielle Vardakas, E-RYT 500, DYT-800 of Honest Yoga in Burlington, VT, to provide you with a curriculum that will not only deepen your personal practice, but also thoroughly prepare you to teach vinyasa and yin yoga sequencing within Thrive Power Yoga’s progressive methodology. This training is Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified and includes two training manuals.
Danielle has trained many of Thrive’s teachers and has been partnering with the studio for over four years. Beyond Thrive, Danielle has completed over 40 successful Teacher Training programs with 2500 hours of teaching all over the globe! Her yoga classes are featured on www.yogavibes.com, www.udemy.com and www.yogadork.com. She has taught at Sedona Yoga Festival, Liberate and Wanderlust Festivals, and has been sponsored by Be Present, Spiritual Gangster, HYDE, Mika, and Lululemon. We are thrilled to be continuing our work with her.
Jill Romano leads Thrive’s vinyasa yoga program and provides continuing training to teacher training graduates. She was trained through Danielle’s program prior to opening her studio in Palm Beach Gardens and continues to uphold the philosophy of progressive, krama-based vinyasa yoga. She has worked with Lululemon, Athleta, PGA National Resort & Spa, as well as other local partners to bring this mindful practice to the greater community.

We dive deep into Yoga Sutra-s, Yoga Philosophy & Ethics, Alignment and Adjustments, & the Business of Yoga.
Student teaching and Thrive 1 & 2 classes with specific class breakdowns are woven throughout the training. When you graduate you will have mastered the ability to teach a well-rounded, progressive vinyasa classes with verbal cues & hands-on assists to all -levels. You will also understand how to teach yin restorative practices.
Program Dates 2018:
June 8th-24th 2018
- Friday, June 8th: 5:30pm-8:30pm
- Sat/Sun, June 9th-10th: 8:15am-6:30pm
- Friday, June 15th: 5:30pm-9:30pm
- Sat/Sun: June16th-17th: 8:30am-8pm
- Wed-Sun, June 20-24: 8:30am-8pm
$3000 Tuition. Trainees can receive early bird pricing of $2800, by submitting their deposit for the 2018 training by April 1, 2018.
$600 non-refundable deposit upon acceptance to secure your space. This will be applied to the overall cost. The balance can then can be paid in installments of $500, with the final payment being the remainder of the balance.
